Join us during Bellingham SeaFeast 2025 for a rare series of pop-up dining experiences aboard the historic Catalyst. Each meal is limited to just 12 guests and features a chef-curated menu inspired by the Pacific Northwest’s working waterfront. From intimate dinners to relaxed brunches, every event draws on the flavors of local fishers, farmers, and foragers — served in the warmth and character of a 1932 wooden ship.

SeaFeast Dinner aboard Catalyst

An intimate, chef-led dinner aboard the historic wooden small ship, Catalyst.

Welcome to SeaFeast 2025 and this exclusive pop-up dining experience. Step aboard the 1932 wooden vessel Catalyst, dockside at Bellingham’s Working Waterfront, for a unique evening that celebrates the start of SeaFeast weekend . Enjoy a multi-course, wine-paired meal crafted from the region’s finest ingredients, chef prepared in the ship’s open galley and served in an intimate nautical setting that honors Bellingham’s working waterfront and one of Washington’s most famous wooden yachts.

Saturday, September 27th - 2025

SeaFeast chef walk-about followed by dinner aboard Catalyst

An intimate, chef-led festival walkthrough followed by dinner aboard Washington’s famed historic wooden small ship, Catalyst.

Step into Bellingham SeaFeast with all your senses. Join our chef onboard for afternoon refreshment followed by a stroll through the festival’s working waterfront, meeting local fishers as the chef selects the freshest ingredients of the day.

The chef will then head back to the galley to begin preparing the market delights, while you enjoy the festival afternoon at your leisure before heading back to the 1932 vintage small ship for an intimate, 12-guest multi-course dinner created with market finds in the ships open galley. From dock to galley to wine-paired plate, this is an immersive celebration of the Pacific Northwest’s bounty—served in the warm glow of a historic yacht at the heart of the harbor.

After securing your reservation, emailed instructions will be provided for the afternoon festival walkthrough beginning at approximately 3pm, empowering you to enjoy the festival at your leisure and then rejoin the ship for the evening event beginning at 6pm.

Departing directly from SeaFeast on September 28th, this once-a-year cruise continues the celebration of Bellingham’s working waterfront with wine-paired, chef-led meals inspired by the same local fishers and growers. With only 12 guests, explore quiet fall anchorages, visit favorite islands, and savor the flavors of the Pacific Northwest—both on your plate and in the scenery.
